I had the most pleasant time working with Nick Wilson at my last service appointment. I came in the early morning for a waiting appointment so was able to enjoy the customer lounge and a cup of coffee. When my last service appointment. When Nick updated that there were a few additional items they wanted to take care of I was offered a loaner car so I could continue my day and get to work and pick up my car after. Everything was handled so smoothly and it was nice to be able to say hello to others that I have worked with in the past: Forrest Yee, Drew Hopkins, Gary Chan, and Jim Fell. Leo was amazing, going the extra mile to listen to our needs and track down exactly what we wanted. His years of experience and award winning personality make him an all star for this dealership. He got us the vehicle we wanted and reduced any work or time on our part. We couldn;t ask for more and I won't be going anywhere else for a future Lexus. We've traded in two vehicles here and leased two vehicles here. Lexus as a brand is great but this dealership takes it up a notch.
