I’ve been taking my RX350 to Lexus of Pleasanton for service ever since we purchased the vehicle there 11 years ago. After 220,000 miles are car runs as good as the day we drove it off their lot. I always see Jason Portillo and he always takes great care of us. He will let us know if there are some maintenance thing that do not need to be changed right but will highly recommend things that really need to be addressed.
