This is the 2nd pre-owned automobile I have purchased from Lexus of Queens this year and they have been absolutely exceptional! They sell high quality cars at great prices and they offer exceptional cus from Lexus of Queens this year and they have been absolutely exceptional! They sell high quality cars at great prices and they offer exceptional customer service which is why I have and will continue to go back to Lexus of Queens for future car purchases and service. I cannot praise Gohar enough. She has been my sales person on both deals and has been so helpful throughout the entire process both times. I purchased a L/Certified 2015 Lexus GX460 and, most recently, a 2008 GS350 AWD. I was able to get both cars at VERY good deals, not because I had to haggle, but because Lexus of Queens already lists their cars at fair prices. Gohar worked to help get my first car certified by Lexus. The first night I had the GS350, I realized that the rear parking sensor was malfunctioning and the car was louder than expected. I took the car back to Lexus of Queens the next day and the service department quickly identified the issues. I was worried I was going to get stuffed with a major bill because I had already picked up the car and it wasn’t certified. However, service consultant, Yasnil, Gohar and Greg (pre-owned sales manager) worked to remedy the issues promptly to ensure I was happy without me having to outlay more money and feel like I got played. It was truly the opposite. Gohar was incredible throughout the entire process and has always worked to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Even though the “deal was closed,” when an issue appeared she took time out to make sure I was taken care of- she truly went above and beyond. Besides the small snafu, the GS350 has been wonderful and I can only speak praise to the team at Lexus of Queens. So happy with both cars we have purchased from them.
