Purchased a new Lexus NX 300 with Gohar Arustamyan!! I walked into Lexus of Queens after receiving a flyer to cover a nice chunk of my remaining payments on my current lease as a promo. I was scheduled To pick up a brand new 2019 Nissan Murano that same morning but felt I should hear what Lexus had to offer. Man am I glad I did that! From the moment I walked in Gohar was absolutely amazing in breaking down all aspects of the car and it’s costs with me and just being straight forward. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed and she was very easy going. After meeting with her I thought I should take some time to think over my now pending decision .. I was about to walk out of the dealership and turned right back around to make a deal. A few hours later I was on my way in my new car!! They had taken over my old lease and it’s 6 remaining payments and for a few bucks out of pocket I drove off in a 2020 NX300 and I couldn’t be happier. Gohar was absolutely amazing! I just got my car 5 days ago and she has followed up with me repeatedly over the last week to see how everything was going.
