I feel Like I was selling myself a Car I waited on the floor for the salesperson I was assigned to for at least 10 minutes. After what seems to be forever, the front desk clerk introduced me to Mr. Sanichar and said he will be helping me since the other guy is busy. I explain to Mr. Sanichar that I was looking for an RX450H. I also told him that I came to this dealership because I wanted the revenue to stay in queens although I live closer to a dealership in Long Island. He showed me a car which was about to be pick up. I was not even offered a test drive. Beside telling me that the car was fully loaded no other information was offered. He took me to a waiting room and and talked about the price. When I asked him about what deals was going on on the RX, He said none. I had to inform him on the special rate. He told me in order to give me more info, He had to run my credit. I assured him that my credit was excellent. He said that wasn't the point. I let him know that the last time I bought a car, the dealership was able to tell me the monthly payment base the rate and and my down payment and it is subjected to change once my credit report is run. He told me thing is not done like this here. At this point I was aggravated. I even ask him he if wanted to sale a car. He proceed to tell me that a if I was to go to a bank and ask for loan they not be able to tell me the rate until they run my credit. I told him that he was wrong because when I was refinancing my home the bank was able to tell me the monthly payment base the rate and and it is subjected to change once my credit report is run. Once he heard I had a house, he then ask me how much I was putting down on the car. He went to his manager and came back with the information that I wanted. I told him I had a headache for the way I have been treated here. If he had apologize, I would have gotten the vehicle from him. I was so upset by the treatment I received I was unable to sleep. I sent a text to the person from the marketing department whom I have been texting back and forth about the car and explain my experience to them. If they had apologize on his behalf, I would still get the car. I heard nothing back than I went to ATLANTIC Lexus of 110 where I was treated like a princess and bought my 2019 RX450h. Seriously your employees should reach out o ATLANTIC Lexus of 110 so they can teach them customer service. More

It's not only about the price but also the feeling of not being swindled. Even though the car(2016 CPO RX 350) was inaccurately listed on the website, I truly thought that I had found the perfect car. Unfortunately, I was matched with a lazy or uninformed salesman. My appointment was on March 2nd, the weekend following a snow storm so the dealership was pretty empty. When I got in the car for a test drive, it felt amazing, just what I expected of Lexus. I wanted the car right then and there. I asked for simple instructions ex. how to open the second compartment of the arm rest console and Victor, the salesman simply said "I don't know how to open it." After fumbling around with it, I figured how to open it on my own. Since the listing was already inaccurate about the interior color, I wanted to be sure that the car came with all the other advertised options. When I asked about specific features such as the pre-collision system and dynamic cruise control, Victor said "yeah yeah, they're all there, you will find out how to use them once you buy it." At that moment I knew, the salesman did not care for nor consider what I was looking for, only whether he was making a sale. How can I agree to buy a vehicle when I don't know what it's equipped with? After the test drive, I was led to a room and given a piece of paper that listed all the options and features of the car and guess what, no pre-collision system and dynamic radar cruise control. I was told that those are only available in the newer models and was recommended to consider buying a 2019 RX. The following weekend, I visited another Lexus dealership and bought a 2016 RX on the spot. (Guess what, it came with the pre-collision system and dynamic cruise control.) Not because the price was lower, but I felt that I could trust the salesman since he took the time to answer my inquiries. Reading all these great reviews of other sales staff was encouraging, I guess I was just unlucky. I hope any customer who visits Lexus of Queens is met with a professional sales employee. Regardless, Victor seemed like a nice guy. More
