We visited a number of Nissan Dealerships and they were fine. I must confess, I was a bit intimidated to go into a Lexus dealership to by a 'not a lexus' car. So I waffled. The price was tempting though but the time to go was also proving difficult so we were leaning against it. Then in came Terry. He made himself available to suit our time. We warned that we were not in for the play around hassle and haggle and hidden cost and surprise fees. He assured us that the price you see is the price you pay. We agreed to come but were skeptical. Wow. That's the word. From entering to departure - receptionist to cashier to financing. Everyone was on top of their game. Even when it seems we had hit a price hike between seeing the ad and coming in, Terry worked with his manager to ensure that the price remained as we expected. He did everything smooth and well - from test drive to paperwork, to vehicle prep to delivery. This is just what buying a car should be like; and this is the integrity every dealer needs. More

Great service great car I had an appointment with a different sales person but Gohar didn’t want me to wait and helped me with my purchase. I dropped my new Lexus off today at the dealership for buffing our some minor scratches and detailing the car. Michael was super detailed when he was inspecting the car and marking the areas of focus. Overall great experience.
