Went to this dealership who I thought was a honest business but I was wrong . I was interested in the 2023 RX but the dealership wanted $5000 over the MSRP but then they said they compromise and lower business but I was wrong . I was interested in the 2023 RX but the dealership wanted $5000 over the MSRP but then they said they compromise and lowered they fee to $2500 that’s when I left. So all who reads this watch out for their so called dealer adjustments. I liked the sales person because he really tried to help and I am not going to mention his name because it might cost him his job. More

The worst car dealer experience I have ever had( and I’m 55 so that says a lot). I was checking into an extended warranty for my 2019 Lexus RX 350. I called or emailed 4 Lexus dealerships. In terms of knowl 55 so that says a lot). I was checking into an extended warranty for my 2019 Lexus RX 350. I called or emailed 4 Lexus dealerships. In terms of knowledge and price, Queen Lexus was by far the worst. The contact person Tony Zheng, gave a quoted price $1500 higher then every other dealer. His information was wrong about how warranties work( ie he stated the extended warranty starts the day you buy it, which is wrong as it starts “ after” the regular warranty is up). I corrected him mistake after mistake.How could a Lexus dealer not know about their cars?? Anyway. I purchased at another dealership that didn’t try to screw me and was knowledgeable about their product. I recommend you check out other dealers that are honest and knowledgeable. More
