Hands down, this is the best dealership in NYC! I never feel like I’m being pressured to buy a car. I’ve been working with Gohar for over 4 years, and from what I know she’s fully aware of the anxi I never feel like I’m being pressured to buy a car. I’ve been working with Gohar for over 4 years, and from what I know she’s fully aware of the anxiety people have when buying a vehicle, so her ability to understand her customers needs and concerns helps make buying a car pleasurable. Additionally, Gohar’s patience and honesty helps make the buying process move smoothly, because we all know how long the process can last. Having her at the dealership makes it easier to return, not only for scheduled maintenance or a new vehicle, but to simply say hello! My daughter and I walk away ecstatic every time! Our most recent visit, we left with a big smile, because we’d left with an early Christmas gift to ourselves ☺️. We love our car, and we truly enjoy being apart of the Lexus family! Did what was needed to make the transaction hassle free and easy.
