I could not buy my car off of the lease from Lexus of Queens. Took 2 weeks before the finance dept returned my emails, phone calls, and texts. They do not make any money for this service, guess if I was Queens. Took 2 weeks before the finance dept returned my emails, phone calls, and texts. They do not make any money for this service, guess if I was buying a car they would return my calls and emails. By the time they had the numbers for me, I decided to not move foward with doing business with them. Really could not understand how they were too busy to return emails and never were available by phone and did not return phone calls. Four car from Lexus, I will not be back.. More
