Our Acura car lease is ending in November so we decided to shop around for a new car a little earlier. Was initially going to Lexus as a heat of the moment thing just to get a feel on the cars, service, a to shop around for a new car a little earlier. Was initially going to Lexus as a heat of the moment thing just to get a feel on the cars, service, and price. We didn’t intend to actually lease a new car on the spot. Because we were at an Acura dealer just a few days before and they gave us a bit of an attitude for not having an appointment, we thought we were going to experience the same reaction walking into Lexus of Queens. But the receptionist was very friendly and understanding and Brian just happened to be available so he quickly took us to the show room and gave us a tour on the car we were looking to explore. Brian was incredible. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire shopping process. He also didn’t hold back on answering any of our questions and was very upfront and honest about everything. He made us feel very comfortable and was never pushy throughout the process. Even when the initial pricing came down and we were hesitant, Brian was friendly and didn’t rush us. When we told Brian we were looking for a price quite a bit lower than what was offered, he was happy to speak with the manager, Anthony, to help us get to where we want. Negotiating and bargaining can often be very daunting but neither Anthony and Brian gave us any hard time and was in fact very accommodating. It was clear to us they were very professional and were looking to do business. They ultimately came back at price we couldn’t resist and we ended up walking out with a new car! We also had 5 months left over on our old lease and they took care of the entire thing. The whole process from walking in to leaving with the new car only took 3 hours which was incredible. Not only was the shopping experience great, the whole delivery process was professional too. Even after we left with the car, Brian continues to be very prompt and responsive to our questions. Overall, this was the most efficient and joyful car leasing process we have ever experienced. We highly recommend Lexus of Queens and Brian! More
