I personally thank them for their diligent work to locate a vehicle when there were currently a shortage of available NEW MODELS being shipped from LEXUS of North America. The dealership provided excellent service, was polite, sincere and very courteous on their effort in accommodating total value customer satisfaction during my visit there. Everyone was great except Rick who didn't seem to listen to me as a customer! I had to contact his manager after giving him several chances to watch him attitude.
