My experience with Lexus of Roseville was fantastic. Unfortunately, my battery died - but that happens; however, I felt like they were with me every step of the way. She was polite, entered me in the system (I’m a new customer) and told me I would hear from Ed McNanna and sure enough my phone rang with in minutes and he assured me everything would be alright. I could hear the smile in his voice. He told me when he would be able to get to my car, which was good turn around time considering I did not have an appointment. Ed called me back, when he said he would. He got approval on the cost and two hours later my car was clean and ready. I was able to pay online. When I entered their Service Department, it was spotless. Everyone was well groomed and professional. It was an excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Lexus of Roseville! More

Yesterday, 11/14/2025 I had an appointment for a general service of my 2018 Lexus. My assigned employee representative is Natascha. Upon my arrival the gentlemen at the receiving area of the service facil service of my 2018 Lexus. My assigned employee representative is Natascha. Upon my arrival the gentlemen at the receiving area of the service facility within 4 minutes directed me where to park. After helping the customer ahead of me, they again contacted me, made sure I had an appointment, ask me to leave my keys in the vehicle and directed me to the waiting area of the agency since I was planning to wait for the service to be completed. I then was contacted by Natascha who confirmed what service I expected. She then directed me to the waiting area for customers, reminding me that they had a area serving hot and cold libations and some solid treats. Also they had televisions in the waiting area to entertain the customers. The waiting area is quite comfortable. I waited for two hours but it didn't seem that long. More
