My experience at Lexus at the Auto Mall in Roseville, California was excellent. I was very impressed by all of the staff and the way I was greeted. I was very impressed that they gave me a loaner car whi California was excellent. I was very impressed by all of the staff and the way I was greeted. I was very impressed that they gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop getting an estimate. Natascha made everything really easy. Customer Service there in my opinion is outstanding. If I could, I would go to them to fix everything on my 25 year old Lexus RX300. They treated it like it was brand new. I was impressed with the video that I got from the Mechanic and how he explained everything as he went along. It was very thorough and I’ve never had anything done like that until now. I intentionally waited before writing this review, hoping things would improve—but unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Roseville, specifically with Austin Andrade, has been deeply disappointing and fr things would improve—but unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Roseville, specifically with Austin Andrade, has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. My wife and I purchased a 2025 RZ 450e, a vehicle advertised to have a range of 220 miles on a full charge. Within just two weeks, we noticed the range had dropped below 180 miles, which immediately raised concerns. We made multiple attempts to contact Austin, leaving several voicemails and asking that someone from the service team reach out to us. To date, we have received no response. If you’re looking for a salesperson who seems personable only until the sale is finalized, Austin is your guy. If you’re hoping for post-sale follow-up, support, or even the courtesy of a returned call—look elsewhere. Austin didn’t even take the time to inform us where the wheel lock was located on the vehicle. When making a high-end purchase from a brand like Lexus, the expectation is premium customer service and accountability. Sadly, that was not our experience. Based on how we were treated, I cannot in good faith recommend working with Austin Andrade. More
Was greeted by Brandon Staton who checked me in and answered a couple of tech questions. He is always a friendly greeter and makes you feel welcome. Service Advisor Ashley Pullin advised me what was be answered a couple of tech questions. He is always a friendly greeter and makes you feel welcome. Both are a great to the dealership as are all the employees I have had contact with. Dealership is very clean and waiting area has drinks and snacks available. More
