Terrible service. Was told my car was ready, but when I got there to pick it up it was not and I had to wait 30 min. I was angry I was still waiting for my car and no one even bothered to discuss what was wrong with my car and I had questions, until I asked about it. It seemed like an inconvenience that I asked about what was wrong with my car, and declined the offer to speak to another service rep since mine had left for the day. I will be calling the service manger on Mon to make a complaint. More

Dealership is clean and service is great. I misjudged my time and arrived before the dealership was opened. He is always smiling and has a warm greeting for you. I then spoke with Ashley Pullin who thoroughly explained all options for the 30,000 mile service. She is friendly and professional and made sure I understood all options and their cost. She kept me informed through out the process. Additionally, she and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle. Great dealership and even greater people. The car is always washed and cleaned. More

I bought a nice car, with a good discount, but a little not the one I wanted - the interior was light, but I wanted a dark one. They probably needed to get rid of this car, so when I asked if they had the not the one I wanted - the interior was light, but I wanted a dark one.
