WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. I have purchased over 30 brand-new vehicles in the last 40 years and have never encountered a dealership as rude and UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. I have purchased over 30 brand-new vehicles in the last 40 years and have never encountered a dealership as rude and unprofessional as Lexus of Roseville. I came in for a guaranteed cash sale on a specific unit, and they couldn’t even produce a clean Out-The-Door (OTD) price. The salesman was a total amateur and completely lost. The manager was even worse—blatantly rude, talking over me to other people in the room while I was trying to speak, and showing zero respect for my time. After wasting 3 1/2 hours, it was clear they had no interest in a transparent deal. They tried to pack the invoice with unnecessary extras and "add-ons" instead of honoring a straightforward price. If they can’t handle a simple cash deal without trying to screw you over, they don’t deserve your business. Disgusting, predatory behavior. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Terrible service. Was told my car was ready, but when I got there to pick it up it was not and I had to wait 30 min. I was angry I was still waiting for my car and no one even bothered to discuss what was wrong with my car and I had questions, until I asked about it. It seemed like an inconvenience that I asked about what was wrong with my car, and declined the offer to speak to another service rep since mine had left for the day. I will be calling the service manger on Mon to make a complaint. More
