Tristan was great. He knew his product and very patiently explained all of the bells ad whistles on my new car. He also kept me in the loop on the status of my car. The car I bought was supposed to be in mint condition except for spot in back up camera. Contrary to what the first salesman I talked to, there's a lot of scratches on the car!
