I brought our new lexus GX460 last Jan 29 which had only 2400 miles and still under warranty , because we noticed after a long drive that the steering wheel is OFF to the right and the vehicle is pulling t 2400 miles and still under warranty , because we noticed after a long drive that the steering wheel is OFF to the right and the vehicle is pulling to the left while driving. Our service advisor was Roger Williams and the diagnostics specialist was Ryan Triebs. As the service advisor told us they will do a wheel balance and some adjustment to correct the problem. Left the vehicle the whole day. Picked it up late in the afternoon. We brought the vehicle home and noticed that the problem become worst instead of centering the steering wheel and balancing NOW the STEERING WHEEL is OFF to the left and the vehicle is PULLING to the right while driving . We came back the following day on Jan 30, 20, and told them about the problem. So per advise by the service advisor will have Ryan drive the car with us and yes he admitted that the steering wheel is OFF to the left at this time. And he apologize and will fixed it. Left the car again overnight.. came back the ff day.. drove the car with another tech.. BUT still the problem doesn’t resolve.. As the vehicle owner you know that there is something wrong on your car. The service advisor Roger told us to bring your car home make friends with it.. asking us what kind of cars we drove before which for me is too embarrassing and be litling why talk to us that way our only concern is we are not satisfied and we know there is something wrong with the car... we went home frustrated very unpleasant experience on our first visit.. the service advisor would not give us the detail work order what was done to our car..THEN we finally decided to bring the car to LEXUS SACRAMENTO for second opinion . THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVE LESS THAN AN HOUR UPON PUTTING THE CAR IN THE PLOT FORM FOR BALANCING IT WAS OFF BALANCE so The machine in roseville lexus then NEED SOME CALIBRATION. I have the PRINT OUT OF THE BALANCING IN LEXUS SACRAMENTO which i CAN bring and show it to ROSEVILE lexus service.. what A SHAME TO THIS SERVICES . I would not recommend Roseville Lexus for your service... More
