I have always been very pleased with my service adviser. Scott has always been very helpful. He has made me feel very comfortable when I have any service problems and has taken care of them promptly. I have always been given a loaner car when the service was going to take several hours or over night. The service has always been very friendly and courteous. I would say the price is always a little higher than a regular auto shop. More

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Lexus IS250 from this dealer in 2010. We were treated Great and the service was Great also. We have gone back recently and checked out the next size up.
