WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. I have purchased over 30 brand-new vehicles in the last 40 years and have never encountered a dealership as rude and UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. I have purchased over 30 brand-new vehicles in the last 40 years and have never encountered a dealership as rude and unprofessional as Lexus of Roseville. I came in for a guaranteed cash sale on a specific unit, and they couldn’t even produce a clean Out-The-Door (OTD) price. The salesman was a total amateur and completely lost. The manager was even worse—blatantly rude, talking over me to other people in the room while I was trying to speak, and showing zero respect for my time. After wasting 3 1/2 hours, it was clear they had no interest in a transparent deal. They tried to pack the invoice with unnecessary extras and "add-ons" instead of honoring a straightforward price. If they can’t handle a simple cash deal without trying to screw you over, they don’t deserve your business. Disgusting, predatory behavior. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
