Worked with Scott, all via email and messaging outside of a single trip to test drive/purchase vehicle. This was important to me because I live out of area and Roseville is a bit of a drive. Originally contacted Lexus of Roseville because they were designated "True Car" dealer (in hopes of best deal) but due to limited inventory/availability ended up paying MSRP so True Car was a bust :( Overall, one of the least painful new car buying experiences I've had since paperwork went relatively quickly.
