Excellent customer service. Scott Silverman was up front and transparent, even with an unexpected price increase that was caused by a change in Costco's rebate. I appreciate everything that was done to correct the previous issues but the seal on the bumper was not cared for. I love Lexus and their customer service but I was let down on this one.
