I found my sales associate Joe Fass to be a gentleman and a true professional. He is not only very pleasant to deal with but also extremely knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured. In fact, Joe was more than happy to share his many years of experience with me in the form of both stories and ultimately advice. I must say that I am extremely happy with my new GS and equally so with my experience at Lexus of Rt 10. More

Husband leased a new GS two months ago and had a good experience with the process. We wanted a second car did the whole deal over email and phone no need to waste time at dealer. David was prompt, responsive, took pictures of the car for me had paperwork all ready when we came into dealer and was out in 20 minutes. This was the classic bad car experience that you read about in the paper or see on television. Joseph Yusufov was condescending, rude and downright insulting. Not only did he suggest that I could not afford a Lexus...although I drove there in one....he got into an argument with a family member while negotiating a deal and then screamed at me out of nowhere... to the point where the business which was going to finance my car...reported him for being rude to them!!! I have yet to hear from the managers regarding my incident with this "sudo salesman". I would hope they would re-train this person...because he is not a man.....in the area of customer service....Women beware!!! They are NOT kind to us if we are alone and purchasing on our own!!!! More
