Excellent Service AGAIN I had been away and not able to get the car in before leaving for vacation & I knew I needed to have oil change when I returned, I contacted Lexus of I had been away and not able to get the car in before leaving for vacation & I knew I needed to have oil change when I returned, I contacted Lexus of Sacramento Service Director Dave Torkelsen re: the overdue service needed, thankfully he was able to fit me in the next day as I had a wedding to attend out of the area. And a well deserved Thanks to Service Advisor Brandy Joseph also as she was able to have the 60k service performed the same day! More

Grade A Service Every time I visit LOS they take such great care of me and this time was no different. I was able to schedule my service appointment via text with Ch Every time I visit LOS they take such great care of me and this time was no different. I was able to schedule my service appointment via text with Christina while on vacation so that I could bring it in when I returned home. They graciously put me in an SUV loaner so I could get weekend errands done. I enjoyed the vehicle so much that I kept it till the next day. Again, I was on the way to the dealer and was able to text Jamal I was on my way (it was Sunday and service was closed). He had the car pulled up for me (I didn't even ask for this) so I all had to do was sign paperwork with the receptionist and go! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. More

If something comes up while they are working on the car, Christina will give me a call and explain the situation. She will be honest and let me know if it needs to be repaired now or if it can be addressed at a later time. The quality of work they do at the dealership is amazing. I always recommend Lexus of Sacramento and Christina if you need service on your Lexus. She will take care of your car like it is her own. More
Caring Service Advisor I have had the pleasure to work with Tracey for a little over a year and a half. She has made servicing my Lexus a joy and not the typical cringe wort I have had the pleasure to work with Tracey for a little over a year and a half. She has made servicing my Lexus a joy and not the typical cringe worthy experience some other dealers have left me upon arriving and leaving. Tracey has displayed honesty, patients, and is a great communicator when dealing with estimated completion times and or explaining issues with the car while being serviced. I am never left in the dark with anything and I always get a call to ask permission if we need to move forward with a task. She understands how serious i am with my car so she takes extra care to ensure my car is taken care of before the keys are handed to me. I don't see that very often. Tracey is also very personable we sometimes catch up for 10+ mins before we actually get to the service call. if you are looking for a service advisor give Tracey a call you will not be disappointed. Rip Off FRAUD AND RIP OFF BEWARE I had been a long time customer and have bought two cars from Lexus of Sacramento, the customer service is friendly/professi FRAUD AND RIP OFF BEWARE I had been a long time customer and have bought two cars from Lexus of Sacramento, the customer service is friendly/professional with great loaners etc. I recently took my out of warranty Lexus in for a what seemed to be a throttle issue. After "diagnosis"; I was told "The transmission is giving an error code, we recommend full replacement" They quoted $4,900.00 Something didn’t seem right and I called a AAA top rated shop and negotiated for them to put in a used unit for about $2,600.00. After having the vehicle towed; I got a call from the AAA shop and they told me the history of my computer did not show any transmissions codes ever! The AAA shop said there was an actuator code on my computer and a little troubleshooting found that there was a bad contact that needed some cleaning. The AAA shop also said my tranny fluid was super dark and recommended I have it serviced (odd thing I just had it serviced at Lexus of Sac this year!) I went down to the AAA shop and saw if for myself The next day I called the Service Manager @ Lexus of Sacramento and gave him a synopsis of what had transpired and let him know that I would give him the opportunity to explain this to me before I sought recourse. It has been two weeks and I was told he would call me the next day after he talked to his "techs" etc. Shorty Version: Lexus of Sac pushed unnecessary major repairs on me Lexus of Sac charged me for a transmission service that was not done You should not trust them....not one bit I love the brand but I will not buy a pack of life savers from that shop More
