I have been a loyal customer with Lexus of Sacramento for over 20 years. Darren, Nick Cruz's assistant is competent, personable, kind, and caring. I would hire him for my business, so hang onto him! I only go to Lexus of Sacramento because of Nick Cruz, his assistants, and the staff he chooses to place me with. Lexus of Sacramento is my home for cars. Nick, and his choice to have Darren as his assistant are two people that recognize the value of returning clients, their loyalties to this business and the potential they have for rerurning business and referrals for Lexus of Sacramento, which by the way I referred, Mark Johson of Grass Valley to Lexus of Sacramento; he purchase a new Lexus this past year after I purchased two of your vehicles. I would suggest you honor these two individuals and train the rest of your staff, especially newly positioned sales managers as well to recognize these potential in returning customers such as myself as Nick and Darren have, AND not take advantage of them! 12/05/2022 . I went to dealership for oil change. I was waited for one and a half hour. When I get my car they they didn’t change. The sticker for next appointmen I went to dealership for oil change. It was my third time I go for the oil change always when I am going to this dealership no good customer service . I think the the manager take it serious. The associate was very negative. I asked her about buying a new car. And she replied:”Is not a good time to buy a new car.
