We found and purchased one from a non Lexus dealership, but that made no difference to Dana. She congratulated us and offered to introduce us to the DCH service team to answer any questions and provide service if needed. We took her up on that offer and we are glad we did. Service Consultant Danny Ambriz scheduled an appointment to review the vehicle and make sure it was in good working order. When we arrived Edward Simeon assisted us by going over the service and maintenance records available on our Lexus then turned it over to the service department for inspection. What they found was a safety issue requiring immediate attention. We took the information to the dealer we purchased the vehicle from and they handled it under the 90-day warranty. We appreciated Edward's presentation of the information as no-fault. Meaning, the issue was discovered due to the specialized training of the Lexus mechanics and not the failure of the dealership we purchased it from. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer via the internet. At first I was very hesitant/skeptical to make such a huge purchase via the internet on a car that I hadn't seen or driven yet. After doing a lot of internet research this was the best deal in California!! Then I spoke with Joe Green (internet manager) he put all my fears and anxieties about purchasing a car online at ease. After some slight negotiations, this was by far the EASIEST, most HASSLE FREE car purchase I have ever made. The whole transaction took less than 15 mins.!!! The paper work was sent overnight, so I was able to sign everything prior to picking the car up. Once I arrived at the dealership, I handed over the papers, were given the keys and drove off the lot, again in less than 15 mins!!! Joe and everyone at DCH Lexus of SB went above and beyond the car buying experience. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a easy going, hassle free car buying experience.
