Customer service is almost not a priority. I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus e I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus employees introduce themselves he was not helpful at all and hung up on me when I asked to speak to different service agent. Thankfully Derrick answered the phone, introduced himself right away and was able to help me immediately and professionally. Santa Fe location has not been the same since Frank left and Ana left.
