Our salesman, Adrian, was excellent--helpful, knowledgeable, honest. He was assisted by Janessa, who was also very helpful and friendly. We've only had a couple of service visits but both service managers seemed good and the work performed was done well. The only shortcoming with the dealership is the Parts Department. When you call to order from them, they don't send a message confirming the part was ordered. And they don't let you know when the part is in. You have to keep calling to find out. And Audrianna in Parts was extremely rude and unhelpful. This really detracts from the Lexus luxury experience! More
