Came In for maintenance and to fix an on going sensor issue. There was a two hour wait, no loaner cars available and was told there was no issue with my sensor cameras. I just “needed” to hit the button issue. There was a two hour wait, no loaner cars available and was told there was no issue with my sensor cameras. I just “needed” to hit the button to turn on and off the parking camera. Well that didn’t work. No one actually checked if the problem was more technical then that…. Now I get to bring my car in for a 3rd time about the same issue, not be given a loaner unless there longer then two hours. I’m not impressed but I would say staff that takes in the cars are always so friendly! More
