I called and he’s not interested in doing the right thing. I gave them a brand new BLACK LEXUS and they gave it back to me with a paper white mark across my hood that was viewed and witnessed by their employee, but they are claiming it could have happened anywhere. Anyone who’s interested in buying a Lexus, do yourself a favor and don’t go to Lexus of Tampa Bay. It’s becoming worst than a buy here pay here dealership. The cost to repair the damage is $500-$700 and they would rather lose good customers rather than pay for the damage they caused. Unethical business practices will catch up with them eventually.

If your GM had such of a concern why would he or she not call me directly to smooth things over. The customer should never be put in the position to make the first move. That’s rule 101 when dealing with customers! Again, at this point words cannot fix my buying experience. Work on your internal processes and procedures to ensure that this never happens again.
