We had an issue with the vehicle pulling off the lot and just like the other review below we were told “that is why you got it for that price” they must be trained to say that. The manager Chris is rude we would of been happy with at least an apology but instead of that he just wanted to argue and continue to be rude. It’s easy to see why the sales people are rude and lie because they have a terrible worthless manager. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Lexus dealer. More

I called your dealership a total of five times to schedule an oil change. After my fifth attempt (two of which I actually spoke to a person) I gave up. What a shame that this is the closest Lexus dealership to my mother. Instead of providing her with a shorter more convenient drive, she will be driving to Wesley Chapel for a simple express service. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don't claim to be the best in customer service and luxury, when you can't even pick up the phone. It doesn't surprise me since it's owned by Autonation. Absolute joke, I would not recommend anyone do any business with this lazy, non-customer service oriented dealership. Wesley Chapel picked up on the first ring and scheduled my mother's car in minutes. More
