We had the best car buying experience with Mark Duprey. He was recommended to us by another dealership when we mentioned we would also be looking at Lexus. He is quite the opposite, very personable and his initial questions revolved around what we were looking for and our goals, not what kind of financing we were looking at or if we were making a trade. I was very comfortable working with him. We originally came in looking at new vehicles, but wanted to consider used as well. He was eager to show us all of our options. Before we walked out onto the used lot he had a list of all used cars and their features. He was careful to pay attention to what was important to us. For example, even though we didn't mention that navigation was important (because we never had it before and forgot it was an option we wanted)he took the time to ask.
