One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Zak Warner is the best. He hasn't been in the business long as he is just a kid, but he was knowledgeable and professional. His subpar education at Western Carolina was hardly noticeable. This is our fourth Lexus and third from Lexus of Tampa Bay. Our service advisor is Bob Gray. Bob has been great and is probably more responsible for our return to a Lexus than the car itself...Sales manager Mike Lee was as stubborn as ever but a super nice guy and someone you enjoy running into when you visit the dealership. In my opinion, you can't beat a Lexus and you can't beat Lexus of Tampa Bay. More
I purchased my 2006 RX 330 from this dealer and have had it serviced there for 6 years. I NEVER took a vehicle to a dealer for routine service prior to this, but they do not try and push unwanted services b it serviced there for 6 years. I NEVER took a vehicle to a dealer for routine service prior to this, but they do not try and push unwanted services but rather inform you their recommendations and encourage you to get the minimum services specifically needed for your vehicle. The best part is that this vehicle has been more maintenance free for longer periods than any vehicle I have ever owned, and the outstanding service is unparalleled. I had owned a Lexus prior and serviced at another dealership with the opposite results, so I have a good barometer. Tampa Bay never stops trying to ensure you are completely satisfied. They now pick up my car and bring me a loaner for work requiring 2 hours or more which is wonderful! I just purchased a 2012 RX 350 and the experience was awesome as usual. Do yourself a favor...let these guys and gals make your life easier and more pleasant for puchasing and servicing your vehicle. More

I truly appreciate the trust that you and Michael placed on extending an offer for Merrillee's Ford Mustang site unseen based on my description of the vehicle. In the end this worked out well for both of us. I had gotten an estimate from car max on what they were willing to pay for the car. I accepted a lower price from you that was equivalent to my tax savings and you have a vehicle that you know can sell for more even you took it to car max. We were very grateful of the time you spent going over the options in the car, how to use them, and how you professionally described our additional options for purchase without any pressure sales. You will get a chuckle out of this. Merrillee evidently did not pay close attention. On the way home she kept telling me how cold it was. I told her I was comfortable. We found out that she was pressing the wrong button when she was trying to increase temperature on her side. She had lowered the temperture button to 65 on her side. Giving up her sports car to have a car that can transport grandchildren was not easy for her. She so enjoyed driving the Lexus home that she can commented I dont't miss my mustang. She is truly excited about her new car. I thank you, Mike and Joe for your prompt calls and follow-up. On the way home, Merrillee and I talked about how enjoyable of an experience it was in working with you in the purchasing of her Lexus. I brough my 2004 RX330 in for service, and wondered around the showroom lusting after the CT200h. Later in the evening I was contacted by John Hayes, saying he saw my RX earlier in the day, noticed th around the showroom lusting after the CT200h. Later in the evening I was contacted by John Hayes, saying he saw my RX earlier in the day, noticed that it was in great shape with low mileage, and would I consider selling it or trading it in?? I test drove the CT, fell in love, and now I am a very happy owner of a cute compact luxury vehicle that drives so quiet and smooth, just like it's bigger siblings!! Negotiating with John Hayes was a pleasent experience, he had a great disposition, and if we neighbors, I'm sure we'd be friends!! The CT is promoted as getting 40 mpg in the city and 43 on the highway, but I am finding I get 47 - 48 mpg in the city!!! This is my 3rd new Lexus bought from Lexus of Tampa Bay, and I keep coming back because the service is outstanding. More
In Nick"s word he said he would make it "stress free" and he did. He beat Wilde"s deal by so much I was apprehensive walking in. My neighbor is asking me to introduce him when he is ready to buy in the near future.Nick was knowllegable and informative, answer all of our questions.He is an asset to your dealership, very professional and quite neat in his appearence as well as the office and showroom.I will be happy to reffer your company and Nick in the future it was one of the best buying expierence I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Omar called me as a response to my voice mail that the dealership would be open on Labor Day - we were pleasantly surprised and drove to the dealership. Having bought several new cars this was one of the best sales experiences we have had. Not pushy, not laid back, and we took the car home one of the reasons was our customer experience. We also had an opportunity to meet the sales manager and the finance manager. Both were informative and added value to our buying experience. We were in the process of applying for a Credit Union loan and due to the holiday we had not heard back. The finance manager found a local bank and matched the rate making this an easy fnancial transaction. After the purchase it was already past closing time but Omar took his time and walked us through the car features and options. He also connected both our iphones for both the phone and Blue tooth music and even connected our Pandora application. He is very knowledgeable about the car and customers interests. We are having dealer options installed and were able to have scheduled at our convenience with the offer of a LS loaner while car is being serviced. Great salesman, fiance and sales managers, great dealership, great customer experience. More

While waiting for the key, we looked at several new vehicles and decided to give one a try. We approached Steve and told him we would like to look at some models. Although we did not have time for a test drive, Steve offered us some brochures and set up a future time for a test drive. We showed up a few days later, had the drive and decided to purchase. Steve was prompt, courteous and acknowledged an appointment conflict well within time to change our plans. Our first Lexus lasted us 8 years. We would be glad to buy from him again. Hopefully, he will still be there! More
I purchsed a used vehicle from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I had an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, in which the warranty provided did not cover. After speaking directly with Rene, and explaining my concern, Rene worked with the Dealership GM, and have agreed to split the cost of this repair. This was not something the dealership was obligated to do, but was without a doubt a good faith gesture on their part. I would recommend a visit, and serious consideration in purchasing new or used from Lexus of Tampa Bay. Excellent business practice, and understanding of long term relationships. More
