They made me feel that they cared to make best deal possible for me. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the finance representative. I don't believe he was truthful with me. He offered me an interest rate of 8.99. When I told him I was a member of Grow Financial Credit Union and thought I could do better, he said he would go and check the Grow rate. He came back a few minutes later and said he checked the rate and would match it at 8.49%. It never occurred to me that he would lie to my face, so I agreed and completed the purchase. When I got home and went to verify it, I found a rate of 7.35% was available to me. I went back to Anthony, the sales manager, and he was able to lower my Lexus rate to 7.49% which I accepted. I give you the 5 star rating to ensure proper credit to Kevin and Jeremy. It's unfortunate that this finance portion of the experience took away the joy of the new vehicle and deeply affected my overall satisfaction. I feel like I have to be "on guard" in all my future dealing with Lexus of Clearwater. More
