After spending several hours on the phone, engaging in text messages, email exchanges, and phone conversations, I was shocked to be informed that they refused to sell a car to us simply because we were out of state. The treatment we received was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. It is disheartening to see a reputable dealership like Lexus of Tampa implementing such a policy that discriminates against potential customers based on their geographic location. Instead of valuing customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in their products, they prioritized local sales over customer service. This entire ordeal has been a colossal waste of time and effort. The dealership's actions have left us feeling undervalued as potential customers and, frankly, disrespected. We expected better service and professionalism from a dealership of their stature. I hope that Lexus of Tampa reevaluates their sales policies and treats all customers with fairness and respect. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their dealership to anyone. Our car buying experience should have been exciting and enjoyable, but instead, it was marred by discrimination and disappointment. I strongly urge other potential customers to consider alternative dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and do not discriminate based on location. Lexus of Tampa has lost a potential customer and earned a well-deserved negative review due to their regrettable service. More
