We purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride on June 11, 2023. They sold us the vehicle with a nail in the driver's rear tire in a place in the tire that can not be repaired. While at SAMS the tire expert told us They sold us the vehicle with a nail in the driver's rear tire in a place in the tire that can not be repaired. While at SAMS the tire expert told us the vehicle was sold to us with a Kia noncompliant tire on the passenger rear. The vehicle is suppose to have tires with a "V" rated speed rating. The vehicle was sold to us with a new "H" rated speed rating tire on the passenger rear. This is a SAFTEY ISSUE and now the dealership is taking no responsibility for this. The Used Vehicle Director DANTE LALII refused to resolve this issue and hung up on me. I am now unable to contact the dealership from my phone and have to call them from a different number. ????? Lexus of Tampa Bay sold me an INSPECTED VEHILCE with TWO TIRES that are a SAFTEY ISSUE and they refuse to take responsibility. ONE WEEK after purchasing this vehicle from them they are telling me I am responsible for the $600 dollar cost of the 2 tires that they should have made sure were problem free. The AutoNation RIGOROUS INSPECTION FAILED and The dealership should be resposible for giving me TWO PROPER TIRES! More
