I own 2 Lexus. We have been going to this dealership (only) even if other one is nearby from us since almost 7 years now. It has became so busy that oil change coul We have been going to this dealership (only) even if other one is nearby from us since almost 7 years now. It has became so busy that oil change could take upto 3 hours and "Free lifetime car wash" they are offering could take upto 1.5 hours. I'm sure there is a room to improve. They are always good in taking care of you while in waiting area but that's too much of wait! More
