I cast a large net over the state of Florida in search of a 2022 RX350. Ben Scharf was the salesman I met at Lexus of Tampa Bay. The initial inquiry did not work out, yet over many weeks Ben worked with me looking for exactly what I wanted. He regularly stayed in touch with me and adjusted his search criteria as I settled on my specific wants. He found my RX350 at another dealership and worked hard to get it transferred to Tampa Bay. Being in like-new condition, the other dealership did not want to let it go! I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up and the experience was extremely positive. Not just because I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted, but because Ben’s dealership is professional, the folks are kind, and Isabella was very helpful with the financial side explaining options and re-explaining when needed. Having visited other Lexus dealerships in Florida, I can say from experience that not all Lexus dealerships are created equal!
