Bought out my lease - an RX 350. In the past have been very impressed but this visit not so much. A lot of waiting considering I had an appointment and they knew I was coming. Figures were wrong so had to be redone then the sales pitch on options to buy for warranty. When I opted for nothing basically was shuffled out the door. No perks, no hand shake - nothing. I just paid $30K for a vehicle from them and felt like I got the boot out the door. :( More
