Lexus of Tampa Bay

i made an appointment with Lexus Tampa Bay to have a plastic shield/cover on the right rear tail light replaced. I ordered the part through the parts office and was told that the cover would arrive pri plastic shield/cover on the right rear tail light replaced. I ordered the part through the parts office and was told that the cover would arrive prior to my appointment date. 5 days later I come in for my appointment and no part availabe. I sit and wait for 4 hrs and then told of this. The agent was trying to get a part from another Lexus dealer. I had other things to be done with car, but all I get is an apology. The agent should have offered for me to bring the car back when the part comes in and install it for free. I had service at other Lexus dealers that when they made a mistake they owned up to it and offered some compensation. But this dealership did not. I plan to trade the car in but I will never purchase my new Lexus from your dealer. I will drive miles away before I would ever give you any business after what you did to me. More
