I told service advisor at check-in that I did not get car cleaned last visit because of their equipment failure. So please do a good cleaning at this visit. Didn't get that. Windshield clean only where my wipers functioned in morning fog. Inside of windshield not touched--still smeared. Dash instrument faces not touched. Smudges remain on map screen. Top of vehicle still dirty. Rear window streaked with dust/dirt. I have pictures. I do not wish to drive 45 min. to Lexus, wait for for cleaning improvement, then drive 45 min. home. I will take car to nearby individual, pay him $45 and get a real cleanup! How about a check from you to cover that? More
The dealership has a wonderful employee name Angelique, she works in service and she was my advisor. They diagnosed the problem, and my sensors in the back weren’t working due to a rodent in the engine bay she works in service and she was my advisor. The other option would be to put in an insurance claim. My deductible is $1000! Neither were options. I was given a loaner car, and Angelique was very sympathetic, as you can imagine that was quite a bit of money to come up with when it’s unexpected. Lexus would not repair it. Because it wasn’t a Lexus defect. I have been leasing with Lexus for years, and I’m a very loyal client. When my vehicle was returned, it was filthy on the outside. Every other dealer I have gone to has washed my car and even put gas in. That’s why we buy Lexus because the service is supposed to be top notch. I am extremely disappointed and the worst part is, I’m left with disconnected wires that could have been easily repaired by Lexus and keep the customer safe and satisfied! I will not return to the dealership and I am reaching out to the Lexus owner’s! More

Oswaldo went with me and my mother for the test drive of the Lexus GX and explained every detail of the SUV as well as answered all of our questions. Oswaldo even gave my mom a little Lexus car that was on his desk per my mothers request which I thought was super thoughtful. We felt like a part of the Lexus family and we hope to continue buying cars in the future at Tampa Lexus. I would definitely give them both 5 stars for their great sales and customer service! More
The Tampa Lexus place is really a pleasure to be… Waiting is never fun, although this place makes it easier to wait. They have USB plug ins for loading the iPads and phones.
