I made an appointment to have my Lexus NX300 serviced at Lexus of Tampa Bay and as usual, it was a positive experience. I had my GX460 services at Lexus of Tampa Bay that included among other things, their 160 point inspection. Four days later my battery died and I had to have it jump started and get it to an AutoZone included among other things, their 160 point inspection. Four days later my battery died and I had to have it jump started and get it to an AutoZone for a battery replacement. This tells me that they DO NOT inspect the vehicle. They are just looking for ways to upsell you for other services. I will not be going back. More
