I can say nothing but positive things about my salesman, Diego. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and followed through immediately with actions. He is a stand up salesman. Purchased vehicle, looking through service history and it says it is overdue by 80 something miles. Turns out service was done just not updated in vehicle, later Diego provided pictures of service. Then I heard some awkward noise when hitting small bumps in road. Turns out the car needs struts and control arm bushings. Mechanic pops the hood, the plastic cover over the intake was not clipped back into place after service removed. Plastic was lying off to the side on hot part of motor, heat resistant material under cover in a million little pieces all over the motor that has to be cleaned as well. It is pretty depressing to pay almost 27K dollars and having immediate issues with the purchase. Not too happy. More
