This dealership is horrible and I had the absolute WORST buying experience that have ever had and I’ve purchased plenty of Luxury vehicles from many different brands over the years. My salesman ( Ali M. ) k buying experience that have ever had and I’ve purchased plenty of Luxury vehicles from many different brands over the years. My salesman ( Ali M. ) knew that I wanted to get to the dealership, sign my paperwork and leave quickly and when I showed up he had me sitting their for THREE HOURS!! Then when I took delivery of my vehicle their was dirt in every door sill. Finally I must ad that this dealership OVERCHARGES for window tint that they MAKE YOU purchase in the purchase price of the vehicle. Then they tell you what type of and shade of tint that they are going to put on YOUR vehicle leaving you no option in regards to what you want on YOUR vehicle. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Drive an extra 10 - 15 miles to one of the other Lexus dealerships to buy your next Lexus. This dealerships car salesman, finance, and management team are all very unprofessional and are all about pumping out numbers instead of making sure that the customer is happy. STAY AWAY!! More
