Overall it was good. However, my car was not totally cleaned and washed, while I was told that there would be car wash. Moreover, I had to stay for 2 hours. Very pleasant experience. My buying experience in July was great and now my first service experience with Scott was also good. He was friendly and professional to work with as my service advisor. My only minor comment was tire rotation was not indicated on my 5,000 mile service I noticed after I left. I'm assuming it was done. As indicated, that doesn't detract from my 5-star rating. More
