My service rep is Peppino Palladino, who is wonde serviced at the inskip lexus dealership several times, and each time I have a wonderful experience. My service rep is Peppino Palladino, who is wonderful. He is courteous, caring, and every time has been able to come through. I needed my car repaired the same day, and not only did he provide with with an identical rental (which I needed to fit my 5 kid carpool), but I received a phonecall only 2 hours later that he was able to get my car repaired! I am very pleased, and recommend the dealership and Peppino highly. More

Within two weeks the representative looked at the tear, the part was ordered and the damaged interior panel was repaired. We are always told by dealerships that the only rating that is acceptable is outstanding, but I have to say that Paula Triburcio and Jay Warren of Inskip Lexus set the Benchmark for customer service. I brought my 2008 LS400 in for its 30,000 mile service. Peppino gave me a Saturday appointment with little notice. He noticed that my right front rocker panel had been displaced and had it re-secured as part of the regular service. Working with Peppino over the past serveral years has been a breath of fresh air. I recently had an issue with my 2002 Lexus RX300. The vehicle would emit smoke intermittently through the exhaust. After several visits to the dealership, it was decided that it was a problem highlighte vehicle would emit smoke intermittently through the exhaust. After several visits to the dealership, it was decided that it was a problem highlighted in a service bulletin that was posted. I wanted to recognize Peppino Palladino for his professionalism during this trying period. If it were not for his actions with trying to help resolve my issue, I would never have considered purchasing another Lexus again. Inskip should be proud and thankful to have an employee who represents their organization so well. Thank you Peppino! More
