He has been my service representative at Inskip Lexus for several years and I have always been 100% satisfied with his efforts and that of the entire Inskip Lexus service team in keeping my Lexus LS in tip top order. Today, on short notice, Peppino helped me meet an important time deadline by promptly completing the required service and sending me on my way. I write this to show my appreciation for his efforts and those of the service technicians. On another note, I am waiting on the delivery of my third Lexus LS series vehicle. I shopped the other worthy competitors but, in the end, all else being equal, my history with Inskip Lexus service sold the car. More

I visited Inskip Lexus because I bought a Lexus there several years ago and found them to be professionals. Last week I again visited Inskip Lexus, after having visited them on the web. Sales consultant several years ago and found them to be professionals. Last week I again visited Inskip Lexus, after having visited them on the web. Sales consultant Mike Silva was introduced to me and he was very knowledgeable and professional. We worked together for a good part of the afternoon and the deal was consumated and I drove off with a new Lexus. He never appeared rushed nor agitated no matter how many questions I asked. The next day we had a followup item to take care of and he was right on top of it. I might also add that I have dealt with Pappino Palladino in the service department onmy other Lexus the Sc$#) and he was extremely helpful and accomodating, I look forward to working with him in the future. His service, attention to detail, getting the car done when promised and making me feel that he really wants to help me are just great. Lexus has. I am writing with respect to our salesman at Inskip Lexus in Warwick, RI. His name is Michael Silva. Although my fiance had been wanting for some time to buy a new Lexus SUV to replace her 2004 model, we a in Warwick, RI. His name is Michael Silva. Although my fiance had been wanting for some time to buy a new Lexus SUV to replace her 2004 model, we actually had just stopped at the dealership simply to pick up a new key. I happened to bump into Michael while my fiance was still outside in the parking lot. We started talking a little bit-nothing high pressure-just chatting about the new vehicles on the lot. What he had to say peaked my interest and my fiance's. One thing led to the other, and within a couple of hours, we decided to purchase a 2010 model. I can genuinely say that Michael was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional salesman I've ever dealt with. He definitely was the lynch pin to us making the deal. I was so impressed that I walked over and told his sales manager how Michael had distinguished himself and that Inskip Lexus should be proud that he was representing their company. After the decision was made to take the vehicle that day (it was a Saturday), Michael told us that we could go finish our errands for the afternoon, and then come back later to pick up the new car before they closed at 6:00 p.m. Well, as sometimes happens, we lost track of the time and did not make it back to the dealership until 5:55 p.m. When we walked in, Michael still had a smile on his face. He sent us off to finish the paperwork with the business office manager while he waited patiently. After we had signed the paperwork, Michael went outside with us, jumped in the car, and went over every single feature with us for over an hour. Without question, he went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that we felt safe and comfortable driving the car home. In sum, I would highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus go to Inskip and see Michael. Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed. More

This was my first visit to Inskip Lexus in my decision to lease a vehicle. Michael Silva was the first to greet us with a smile upon driving onto the lot. We have visited other Lexus dealers in the Massachusetts area prior to coming here and were not satisfied with the customer service, however our experience at Inskip was pleasant and stress free from start to finish. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was thorough in showing us all of the features the vehicle had to offer, and was also able to answer all the questions I had. Michael was very professional and his approach to the sale was one that made sure I was comfortable and did not feel pressured. My husband and I know that we made the right choice in purchasing a vehicle from Inskip greatly due in part to the quality of service we received from Michael. On February 1, 2010 Paula Tiburcio, my service rep, left a message to let me know that recall service was needed on my car and that this week was a good time to come in and get it done. From that phonce call on I was impressed that a dealership would make the effort to try to make life easier for its customers. I called the next day and she found me a convenient time, arranged for a car so that I would not have to wait there for three hours, apologized for any inconvenience this might cause me and in general made me feel as though I was being cared for. When I arrived with my car, the paperwork was all ready, the loaner car was set to go and I was back at my office very quickly. Thoughout the whole process I was treated as a special individual who would be well-cared for, and I was. I expect when I go to the dealership to get service that I will be treated politely and that things will go relatively smoothly but for the service area to go out of its way to arrange things at its initiative at my convenience is to me much more than any expectation I would have.
