Not only did they correct the tire problem at no charge, they made feel like a VIP! While I waited for the srevice to be completed, I wandered into the sales center to take a look at the new cars on their floor. I was approached by the sales manager who was very informative on all of the cars I had questions about. I cannot say enough good about these folks at Inskip Lexus. I shopped 4 Lexus dealers. 1 in Connecticut and 2 in Massachusetts, and Inskip. And they drove it to my place of business in Boston Mass - did the final paperwork at my office - and went over the car with me in our building’s garage at 100 Federal Street. These are the finest bunch of chaps I’ve met in a car dealership. And, I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime.
