We were disappointed that we had to spend so much time with the finance manager as we were paying cash for the car. We think the salesman should offer the extra warranties on the car and once we sign tha with the finance manager as we were paying cash for the car. This is my fourth car with Lexus of Watertown and third with Usaa. He is wonderful to work with, upfront with the pricing, honest with this opinions and just a pleasure to work with.
