Fact finding I came in about two days ago now just planning on fact finding for a car I was planning on buying in the next few months. I worked with Sarah in used I came in about two days ago now just planning on fact finding for a car I was planning on buying in the next few months. I worked with Sarah in used car sales with a few vehicles I was interested in that I saw on your website. Sarah was very polite and knowledgeable on the models I was interested in which was great because I'm not a huge car guy. She showed me some great options that made it worth it for me to buy that day andwas very patient waiting for all the callsi made to get second opinions and insurance shopping on the new car. Also the whole team in general if Sarah had to go out back to check on anything or get prices for me the other salesmen on the floor where more than happy to answer questions myself or the insurance company had about the car. Your employees where also increasingly quick getting the car set up and ready to take away the next day since I would have had to wait until next week to get it otherwise. Overall very pleased with the experience and the amazing customer service. Also just a explanation on one of the questions below I was left alone for more then 5 minutes through out the sale but that was at my own request nothing negative on the part of Sarah. More
