It was a very rainy day when me my , wife and 2 daughters went to look at some pre owned cars. no big deal because they have like 300 vehicles inside !! we found 2 vehicles that look like new with not too many miles on them and the price was right. Great Experience I recently purchased my 2nd car in Lexus of Watertown GS 350 to be exact. I ve had a great experiance. Before going to the dealership I had a price in I recently purchased my 2nd car in Lexus of Watertown GS 350 to be exact. I ve had a great experiance. Before going to the dealership I had a price in mind and after working with Andy Forman manager and myself couldn't come to an agreement I left the dealership and made a reservation in another dealership. 3 weeks later out of the blue they gave me a call and offered for the price that I was looking for. Andy is such a great salesman and Lexus of Watertown is such a great dealership I decided to do my repeat business with them. Their finance manager Alex is also a great knowledgeable finance manager and I enjoyed working with him. I still have a one small issue which the dealership is not responsible for. Issue is I got the new car with Bridgestone tyres instead of all round best Michelin Primacy tyres which were available in all test drive cars I drove. Somehow Lexus decided to build my car with Bridgestone tyres which I m not very happy with. Currently, I m talking with Lexus and hoping to come to a solution. More

Good experience This was the first time my son was buying a car- I just wish the dealership did not make it so easy. They deliver the truck to my sons college dorm in rush hour traffic about 90 mins away. My son negotiated new floor mats into the deal and they showed up by FedEx this weekend.
