I am so happy with my experience with Ussa at Lexus! I was a former Toyota owner and wanted a luxury car but was nervous and unsure how to go about the transition process. Ussa made my car buying experience easy, straightforward, and fun. I test drove a few cars and he knew exactly my style. He took his time explaining everything in complete detail. I have gotten cars before and never shown how to use the features. Ussa went in depth and I feel confident In how to work my new car! I never felt pressured to close the deal and I felt they genuinely worked with me to create a good deal that worked for me. Thank you! More

I have been going to this dealer since 1999, 12+ cars. Lately their service has fallen on hard times. Poor communication, paperwork didn't match the service, car was completed 2 days after it was estim Lately their service has fallen on hard times. Poor communication, paperwork didn't match the service, car was completed 2 days after it was estimated. I had to call them 5 times to figure out when it may be done. Car was driven 30 miles, returned low on gas, stereo and heat blasting and they did not wipe the car down (Covid sensitive) as promised. I had to stop random lot people from jumping in and out of the car to move it with no gloves and no wipe down. More

My wife and I purchased a Lexus GX 460 from Lexus of WaterTown. We had the privilege of working with Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ). Ussa was assigned to us by default as we had shopped online and spoke to WaterTown. We had the privilege of working with Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ). Ussa was assigned to us by default as we had shopped online and spoke to the finance manager, Alex, prior to our visit. We informed Alex of our expectations and time frame of visiting the dealership to view the inventory that evening. Ussa had the vehicle; we initially were interested in pulled up and cooled. It also looked like it had a quick rinse- it’s the little things that count. We test drove a couple different models. Ussa was very patient and his product knowledge was on point. He was very easy to work with as he was personable and he actually listened to our needs. He also entertained my teenagers in the sitting area while my wife and I discussed our decision. Upon arrival for delivery, I scoped the parking lot and realized the vehicle was no where in sight (as most dealer have the cars parked out front) Ussa greeted us at the door with water bottles and welcomed us inside. We walked with Ussa through the hall to the delivery area where the vehicle was parked with a huge red bow on top. Again, it’s the little things that count. We were both breathless- He said he realized it was my wife’s birthday and did that kind gesture for her. Amazing! The process was painless and fast and the vehicle was ready for the time promised. The team at Lexus of Watertown truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ussa, Alex and Watertown Lexus for a great experience that I will remember for life. You have my Lexus business. More
