I purchased a new LS 460 from this dealership and have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service I have received from both my salesperson (Arman) and my service consultant, Chad Tinti. Ch been extremely pleased with the level of customer service I have received from both my salesperson (Arman) and my service consultant, Chad Tinti. Chad always goes above and beyond when it comes to assisting me with my vehicle. He always has an upbeat and pleasant disposition and makes himself readily available for me whenever necessary. He is very knowledgeable about my vehicle as well as the different sort of services that Lexus provides. I must give kudos to the entire staff at Lexus; I can always count on the staff to not only be friendly, but also knowledgeable. It makes a tremendous difference. More
Brought my car in with window not working. They replaced the window motor (for a huge expense, I may add). Brought my car back in with window not working, they replaced the window again, saying that it had the window motor (for a huge expense, I may add). Brought my car back in with window not working, they replaced the window again, saying that it had burned out. Fortunately it was under warranty. Finally went to another dealership, who replaced the switch to the window, which fixed the problem. Went back to Lexus of Watertown and they refused to give any measurable credit for THEIR ERROR. Which ended costing me over $1000 dollars. Not to mention the time. This is not the first issue I have had with them, just the most severe. I highly recommend you stay away from them. More

Two of the tires had been slashed and the car had not been driven in sometime. The car had less than 40,000 miles. I travel frequently and made the decision to have the car repaired and then sold there in a one stop process. Four months later (January 2008) after untold number of phone calls to the Sales Department with many calls unreturned and a price for the car which changed as much as 30% in two phone calls, I ended up talking to the General Manager who informed me, for the first time, that they had no interest whatsover in purchasing a 10 year old car. At that time, to avoid storage charges, I paid a $1,131.00 bill for a "tune-up" and had the car taken for new tires to a tire dealership. The sales department and service department were utterly unable to communicate directly with one another. The General Manager, basically said "too bad" we've fired the guy you dealt with in Sales. In terms of honesty, reliability, and cost I have never had a worse experience. I'm interested to know if the Lexus Dealership oversight has any influence with such lack of service, or not. I'm waiting to hear. More
